We recognize and respect that New Westminster is on the unceded and unsurrendered land of the Halkomelem speaking peoples. The purpose of this report is to provide information to the Advisory Planning Commission on the proposal, and to request that the Commission provide a motion of support or non-support for this application. The urban design aspects of this proposal have been reviewed by the New Westminster Design Panel.

Recommendation
THAT the Advisory Planning Commission provide a motion of support or non-support for the proposed Official Community Plan Amendment and Rezoning applications.
