New Provincial Housing Legislation: Implications and Timelines

Report

To provide Council with information on the changes to Provincial housing legislation, and request endorsement of an interim development review framework and next steps.

• Recommendation:

  THAT Council provide feedback on the proposed approach to implementing the provincial legislation.

  THAT Council endorse the Next Steps outlined in this report.

  THAT Council endorse the Interim Development Framework outlined in Attachment 4.
